Here’s what to expect when you come to worship with us.

We know visiting a new church can feel overwhelming, so we want to make it easy for you to know what to expect.

Service Time & Length

Our Sunday morning service begins at 10:30 AM and typically ends around 12:00 PM.

Atmosphere

Our worship services are welcoming, Spirit-filled, and centered on Jesus. You’ll see people dressed in everything from jeans to more formal attire—so come as you are!

Music & Worship

We begin with a time of passionate, contemporary worship led by our praise team, helping us focus our hearts on God.

Spiritual Gifts

At Open Door, we believe the Holy Spirit is still active today. Our worship services are both biblical and Spirit-led, and at times you may see or hear expressions of spiritual gifts as described in the New Testament in 1 Corinthians 12-14 (for example, tongues and interpretation). We welcome God’s presence and seek to follow His leading while keeping Jesus at the center of everything we do.

Biblical Teaching

Each week, you’ll hear a relevant, Bible-based message that encourages you to grow in your faith and live out God’s Word in everyday life.

Kids & Nursery

We believe children are an important part of the church family.

• Nursery – Available for infants and toddlers, staffed by loving volunteers who have completed background checks.
• Kids Church – After worship, children are dismissed to a fun, engaging, and age-appropriate time of Bible teaching, also led by background-checked volunteers.

What Happens When You Arrive

When you arrive, our friendly greeters will welcome you, help you find your way around, and answer any questions.

Communion & Prayer

At certain times, we share communion together and offer opportunities for prayer during or after the service.

Parking & Accessibility

Free parking is available on-site, and our building is accessible for guests with mobility needs.
