I HAVE DECIDED TO FOLLOW JESUS
Following Jesus is the beginning of a new life.
God created you for relationship with Him, but sin has broken our relationship with God and one another. We have all chosen our own way and experienced the brokenness that comes with it.
Jesus came to show us exactly what God is like and to bring us home to the Father. He entered our brokenness, took sin and death upon Himself, and defeated them through His death and resurrection.
Because Jesus is alive, forgiveness, freedom, and new life are available to you.
Following Jesus means turning from your old way of life, trusting Him, receiving His life, and learning to follow Him every day.
You don’t have to have everything figured out.
You just have to say yes to Jesus.
A SIMPLE PRAYER
There are no perfect words required. Salvation is about trusting Jesus. If you’re ready to follow Him, you can begin by praying something like this:
Jesus, I need You.
I turn from my old way of life and put my trust in You. Thank You for loving me, forgiving me, and giving me new life.
I believe You died and rose again, and today I choose to follow You.
Teach me Your ways, lead my life, and help me become the person You created me to be.
Amen.
